Surya Namaskar Yajna (SNY) 2025

Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh e.V. Germany invites you all for Surya Namaskar Yajna 2025, the annual Yogathon for Health, and Humanity from 14th January 2025 to 4th February 2025

This 22-day event aims to create awareness about Yoga and its advantages in achieving a healthy body, mind and spirit. Surya Namaskar integrates simple Yoga postures in 10-steps that, along with easy breathing technique, can provide immense health benefits to both the body and the mind.

Let us come together to benefit from this ancient fitness technique and let us aim towards a collective target of ‘50000 Suryanamaskars’ across Germany to spread the spirit of Yoga

Target is to make minimum 500 individuals participate in this program

Surya Namaskar in a set of ten yoga postures provides good exercise to the whole body, calms the mind, and sharpens the intellect.
